Inviting Public Comments on Draft Project Design Document (PDD) under Offset Mechanism (CCTS)
As per the “Detailed Procedure for Offset Mechanism”, published by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, public comments are invited on the following draft PDD.
- Name of the Non-obligated entity – Firstgreen Consulting Private Limited
- Project Title – Hydrogen Production Project Using Methane Extracted from Biogas (Napier Grass)
- Date of publishing draft PDD for public comments- 11th February 2026
Stakeholders are requested to provide comments via email to sdiddi@beeindia.gov.in and mkaur@beeindia.gov.in at the latest by 6th March 2026. The word format for providing the comments is provided below.
